How long will the brownies stay fresh?

Loralie's Brownies are made to order using no preservatives. We suggest that you eat them within 3 days or freeze them. If you will not be eating your brownies within 3 days, we recommend that you seal them in an airtight container and place them in the freezer. They are best if eaten within a month of freezing. Defrost on the day you will be enjoying them.

I am allergic to nuts, are there any products that are free of nuts or other allergens?

Caution, Loralie's kitchen bakes many products that contain peanuts, tree nuts, whey, soy, milk products, wheat gluten, eggs, etc...

No, although we are hoping to offer Kosher products in the future.

How can I place an order?

Orders may be placed online on our website; loraliesbrownies.com; by phone at 800-553-5449 or 614-888-4122; by fax at 614-888-6625; or by E-mail to jeff@loraliesbrownies.com. If faxing, E-mailing or mailing, please include your name, address, phone number, what you would like to order including size, to whom you would like the order sent along with their address and the message on the enclosed card. Also indicate the date you would like it sent and your payment preference. For security purposes, you may call us with your credit card number.

Is there some way that I can look up to whom I sent gifts last year?

Yes, if you build your account history online, you may access it on the web. Otherwise, we have kept all of your records the old fashion way; stored in a file cabinet. Please call for assistance.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, prior to shipment. UPS will E-mail a tracking number if you provide an E-mail address. If you find that your order has not shipped, call our customer service number to change or cancel your order.

Whatever will print on a 3 x 4 1/4 inch card, approximately 200 characters.

Loralie's Brownies is firmly committed to protecting your privacy in every way. Personal as well as order information is kept strictly confidential and secure from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists or data base to third parties.

What are the hours of operation if I wish to speak to a representative for customer service?

Monday through Friday 10:00 - 4:00, earlier and longer during the Holidays! If you do not reach a representative, please leave your name, number and a brief message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?

Generally speaking, if you place your order by noon, we are able to bake and ship it the same day. Since it is important to Loralie's Brownies that your selection arrives as fresh as possible, we ship Monday thru Thursday, depending on your location, so your order will arrive no later than Friday of each week. Orders that require more than 3 days will be shipped UPS Second Day Air at an additional charge.

What is your summer shipping policy?

Some of our items are heat sensitive. Your order's assortment may need to be modified. Summer orders will ship to arrive within 2 days at an additional charge if needed to ensure freshness.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes, in that case, we will ship using Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.

We have shipped internationally but it is sometimes tricky. Please call customer service for details.

If I order several tins to be delivered to the same address, can I save shipping charges by having them shipped together?

Yes, UPS will provide a calculation at the time of ordering.

What is the last date that I can order to have delivery before Christmas?

You will be able to order until noon on December 21, but next day air fees will be charged if applicable.

Does someone have to be available for delivery?

Not always, it is left to the discretion of the UPS driver. Generally UPS will leave your package in a secure/covered location.
